Friday Farm Folks (Volunteer)

Are you interested in spending time on our farm helping to grow local organic produce? We’re looking for volunteers to join us at our Barnhill Market Garden for a few hours Friday.

You’ll help us with a range of tasks which could include helping with harvests, weeding, planting, sowing seeds, and mulching our perennial vegetable plots. Tasks will vary from week to week depending on what our priorities are and what the weather is up to!

You’ll learn about how we grow organic produce and pick up practical skills while working alongside our team and a small group of other volunteers. You'll also get some veg to take away with you at the end of the day.

We’ll provide tools and gloves but you’ll need suitable footwear and clothes that you don’t mind getting muddy.

We're located on Barnhill Farm, just west of Glasgow and North of Paisley. There's good cycle routes to the farm and ample parking but we're not that well served by public transport. You can see where we are here.
