Organic Bakery & Kitchen Manager

We're looking for an experienced baker or chef to lead our small kitchen and cafe team at Locavore Govanhill.

We run what is probably Scotland's only 100% organic kitchen and cafe. Using local, organic and seasonal ingredients we want our kitchen to be a demonstration of what local and organic food can be. It should enthuse people to eat locally and seasonally and make us the destination for this. We want our offer to be vegetable forward, including produce from our own organic market garden, and make use of UK grown pulses, grains and flour, with some dairy and a little meat.

We recognise we have been falling short of this and we need the help of someone driven by the same food values, with bakery or production kitchen experience, to help lead a sustained project of improvement.
