Zaytoun is an ethical non-profit company established to support farming communities in Palestine, sourcing their oil from cooperatives in the areas of Salfit, Tulkarem, Nablus, Jenin and the Galilee This is extra virgin olive oil, first cold pressed, organically grown and fairly traded. It is hand-picked, rain fed and has a warm, peppery taste.
